Working With Children Policy

We have strict rules in relation to working with children under the age of 18. To ensure that all parties are protected, the following non-negotiable rules have been put in place.

1. Full written consent of a child's parent or guardian must be obtained prior to any photographic session is undertaken if the child is not with his/her legal guardian
2. All photographers and assistants have a current Working With Children check
3. The child's parent or guardian must be present at all times during a photographic session
4. No imagine of a child under the age of 18 years will be posted online in a public gallery, or used as promotional material without the express permission of the child's parent or guardian
5. We have a strictly no touching policy. Articles of clothing, hair and the like that needs adjusting can only be done by the child or the responsible adult present
6. A child under the age of 18 can not be left alone by the responsible adult at any time
